How Do I return a product?
If you want to return a product, for any reason besides being defective, the product must still be new, in original packing, and in original shipping condition, and returned within 30 days of receival of goods. Please contact us before shipping back the package. ((This does not include custom kits!)
How do you Guarantee 100% Satisfaction?
If For any reason you are not 100% Satisfied with one of our products when they arrive, please e-mail us right away, and we will email you back with what we are willing to do to remedy the situation, and earn your satisfaction.
What Are you Privacy Policies?
We use your information solely for the purpose of furfilling your order with the company, your information is not shared or sold to any outside third parties except to furfill the needs of your order (Information sent to manufactuer, information given to UPS/Fedex for delivery).
If your product is a gift for someone else, we use the information of that your provide of your family or loved one with the same care, and only use it to furfill the order.
We use the email addresses received only to reply to the emails you send us, we do not send out emails about specials or new products unless you sign up for our newsletter, and we do not share your email address with any third parties.

Ghillie Suit Plus is not liable for any injuries or other that may occur from the wear or use of our products. Warning! Jute thread is flammable. Please avoid open flames, sparks, or other items that could ignite the material. Do not smoke while wearing your suit. All of our wearable products are sprayed with a Fire-retardant. All Kits come with one lb. of a Dry fire-retardant that the customer mixes with water, and applies to his/her suit when finished. Follow the directions on the bag of fire-retardant. In addition, We recommend Dry cleaning only. This is because if you wash your suit, the fire-retardant will be washed off, and therefor needs to be reapplied. We offer the Dry fire-retardant on our website that should be sprayed on your suit, or other materials if you have washed your suit with water. If you do wash your suit with water, hand wash in cold water only, no detergent, and hang to dry. Re-apply a fire-retardant immediately
